These stamens are incredibly beautiful. With this method, you glue two layers of crepe paper to the tips of the stamens, making them stronger and more prominent.
If this is your first time making stamens with laminated (glued) tips, I recommend making it easy on yourself by using 180g thick crepe paper. It won't get as soft as, for example, 90g crepe paper when you apply glue. For this guide, however, I have used 90g crepe paper myself.
You will need:

- Crepe paper in the color of the stamens.
- Crepe paper in the color of the laminated tips.
- Good, sharp paper scissors.
- Glue
- A brush or small spatula.
How to make stamens with laminated tips for paper flowers:
Cut a strip of crepe paper 5 x 10cm, so that the vertical lines in the paper run parallel to the short side. (Adjust the measurements to fit your paper flower).

- Experiment with the length of the tips.
- Also try laminating an extra layer of crepe paper on the tips to make them extra strong – it looks great.
- Try rolling the strips between your fingers to make them narrow and round – that also looks great :)
